I don't know anymore

I went through photo's of years gone by , sometimes I wonder did you really know you were going to die . I wish you treated me right but the photos just bring back horrific memories of the past photos I can't share with the children because my face and arms are black and blue, bruises caused by you .

You Don't Exist Anymore

Looking out the glass door into the nights darkness I realised you don't exist anymore :(
you are gone forever :( . I am grateful I stored home movies and I actually watched a clip of you
sitting my my lap lol and I was doing bunny ears behind your head oh we were so young .

It made me happy and yet now I've slowed downed I guess there are times I can grieve a little
just so much happened at once and you were gone , just too much happened .:(

This post applies to the state of New South Wales but some tips will help no matter where you live .

In NSW if the property one is renting is sold then you will have thirty days to vacate once it's been sold and deposit has been taken ,

Now the biggest problem in NSW is that rentals that are

Advertised online

Not available for 3 weeks

You must inquire to generate interest for an inspection date and time

You must book in to state you will attend the inspection booking

Just because a property is online = Doesn't mean it hasn't already been leased .

Properties through agents might have inspection day / time scheduled in advance
yet the property has been leased .Unfortunately believing one has x amount of properties to inspect
can be a downfall , because lets say there is 7 inspection in a coming week 5 could already be leased.

Double check with the agent , if your in luck you'll get a reply .

Print out all written references  x 5, tenant ledgers , ID ect
have your application ready to hand in at inspection .

If you have x amount already printed it save time when putting applications together.

My advice if after two weeks you haven't secured a rental then find suitable storage and start storing photos ect .

Try get everything you can into storage , I wouldn't wish my situation on anyone.

Try find a storage company that gives you back money on the days you don't use out of a months storage . In Australia that would be Kennards Self Storage and plus with your access code you can go to your storage at anytime .

I paid x amount to go take over the storage where my belongings were , I'd say thrown off the back of a truck :( no way was my belongings removed by professionals .

My children's father used to say to me you can get through life because You R The Strongest Person I Know and most people couldn't imagine the things you've endured in life let alone get through them.

Tears flow freely my throat burns , today I'm sad still have an air mattress on the floor I think our beds were thrown out and people came along and took them .

At least we have a place to call home

me of my belongings are stored / were stored these ppl are  c u next Tuesdays table legs were snapped off the dining room table . tv unit door just broken off like seriously , such horrid humans.

So I paid $1500 and two thirds of my belongings are gone the other third just ruined / broken my  c u next Tuesday horrid humans

It's My Birthday

Today is my birthday not much has changed since I last blogged , I lodged an application through the court in hope  of getting some belongings back , Still just floor and roof , things will get better in time.

It's been a month since my children's father passed away , the past month has been surreal an I just want to forget it , how I wish I could wake and it be a nightmare , no I've pinched myself it's been real .
